Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nature Home Zone website at naturehomezone.com and the information you send us through it. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Any renovation, installation or design work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement with you. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

About our website content

The content on this site is intended as general information about our services and about home renovation. It is not professional design, engineering, legal, lending or safety advice for your particular property, and it should not replace an on-site assessment.

Project outcomes depend on factors we cannot see until we work on site. Any guidance you read here is offered in good faith and should be verified by a suitably qualified professional before you act on it.

Enquiries and estimates

Descriptions of services, availability and indicative figures on this site are provided for general guidance and may change. An enquiry through our forms is not a contract and does not secure a booking.

Estimates are based on the scope described to us and on conditions visible at the time of assessment. If hidden conditions, structural problems or changes in scope emerge, we will discuss them with you in writing before proceeding, with revised pricing where relevant.

Quotes, scheduling and changes

All quotes are itemised and valid for the period stated in the document. Once a project is agreed in writing, schedule changes and additions are confirmed in writing, including any effect on price and completion.

We aim to keep to agreed schedules, but weather, permitting, supplier delays and other circumstances outside our control can affect timing. We will tell you promptly if something changes.

Permits, inspections and property

Where a project requires a permit or inspection, the requirement, responsibility and any associated fees are set out in the project agreement. You confirm that you own or are authorised to renovate the property concerned.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, and to tell us about known hazards, protected features or building rules that affect the work.

Payments

Payment terms, deposits and milestones are set out in your agreement. Invoices are payable by the method and date stated on the invoice. Work may be paused where invoices remain outstanding.

Materials and allowances quoted are intended to cover the agreed scope; changes to specification may change the final cost.

Warranty and workmanship

Goods and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty for their stated term. Our workmanship warranty, and the conditions attached to it, are set out in your project agreement.

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by others, alteration by third parties, neglect of recommended maintenance, or problems arising from conditions we disclosed and you chose not to address.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the property and the project.
• Keep children and pets clear of active work areas.
• Secure valuables and remove belongings from areas scheduled for work.
• Respond to questions about selections and approvals promptly so the schedule can hold.

Website acceptable use

You must not misuse this website: no unlawful use, no attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, no uploading of malicious code, and no automated scraping that degrades the site for others.

Intellectual property

All text, images, drawings, logos and the Nature Home Zone name on this website are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell or redistribute content without our written permission.
